I think there is some truth to this
I ran a test and after adding AdSense to most of the pages on one of my sites the PageRank of all the pages went up and so did most of the rankings… Makes sense though, increase rankings of sites with adsense, get more clicks on the ads, profit from clicks
This is very surprising. I have added adsense on a few sites and have found their rankings actually dropped. I dont think adsense has any effect on rankings. Well, I know it suits Google fine, but being an ethical company, it must ensure it doesnt affect each other.
